60 Guest Tent Package

Our 60 Person Tent Package includes the following items:

  • 20x40 white, high-peak, frame tent (no center pole, “open floor-plan,” can be placed in tight spaces)

  • (6) 60” round tables (seat 8 to 10 guests)

  • (3) 6ft long tables for food, beverage, gifts, etc

  • (60) white folding chairs

$1099+ delivery

Setup on Thursday or Friday, take down on Monday or Tuesday.

Upgrades & Add-Ons:

  • Add white tablecloths (brand new, in package, yours to keep) $1199

  • Upgrade to fancier white padded “garden” chairs +$2 per chair

  • Upgrade to larger 40x40 hexagon tent: +$400

  • white string lights for tent: $50 (plus labor)

  • windowed side walls: $25 per 20’ section (plus labor)

  • You pay for a 1-day rental, but the package is yours for the weekend. You can plan a brunch the day after your party, or host evening cocktails the night before. We setup on Thursday and Friday and take down on Monday or Tuesday typically.
